From Keene, NH and Points South & East:

Take Rte. 9 east to Rte. 10 north, in Gilsum take a left onto Alstead Hill Road (this will become Gilsum Mine Road), continue on to the intersection with a flashing light (Forest Road) and take a left; follow to Old Settlers Road on the right, take this right and BBTC is the second house on the left.

From Brattleboro, VT & Points West:
  1. Follow Rte 9 north and east to Rte. 10, continue as above.
From Walpole, NH/Bellows Falls, VT & Points North:
  1. Follow Rte 12 South to 123 east; continue on this through Langdon and through Alstead town center; pass Lake Warren on the right, Old Settlers Road will be your next left - we are the second house on the left on Old Settlers Road.
